As hot as a fire engine
My my my today is hot, just like yesterday. Whew! But June is a promising month for me. Alot is going on. Diggins' coming next week, beach trip, camping...yeah, alot to do. And is is all good! Yes, indeed!
Yesterday after coming back from the Wulf's cookout I cleaned my room and then promptly fell asleep. I was so exhausted. However, taking that nap messed up my sleep that night yet again, so I am going on a three-night bad sleep run. I don't know why this has been happening to me lately! Two weeks ago I went through the same thing! Maybe I'm over-excited at the prospect of all these activities. Who knows?
And of course today I am forcing Johnny outside to play softball. I don't care if he protests and whines--he is going out there with me! We both need to practice and he needs to get outside every once in a while. :)
Also, today I am probably going to go swimming at the pool where Jarod and Aric take their swim lessons. Indoor pool, although it is normally warmer because alot of older people go there to take their therapy swims. Which can be rather strange sometimes since going into a locker room with them in there can be rather disconcerting to the mind. But whatever. The swim is nice and refreshing!
That's all that is happening right now except for the fact that I am on laundry duty right now, and I think the load of blue clothes are done. Next, to put in the browns....
