Here we go again. I was perfectly fine for over two weeks. I slept like a normal, sleeping person every night, and the doctor's advice to go to bed at the same time and limit my caffeine and not worry about things appeared to be working like a charm. Then, sometime last week, I noticed that I was needing more sleep than normal. I would start falling asleep around two or three in the afternoon, and I had trouble getting out of bed in the morning. Yesterday, I was surprised to discover that I was awake at two A.M. Now its today, and I have insomnia again (not surprisingly). Maybe I should just accept that its a disease that will never, ever go away entirely, and will require strict control for the rest of my life. I wonder if this is what diabetics feel like...
And... speaking of food... I just realized that not only have I not been sleeping, I have not been eating. I wonder if my lack of appetite is related to my insomnia.
This can't be healthy.
