Well, I've been really lazy about updating because I'm currently working on the project that I've been putting off for a really long time. That project is organizing all my music, which entails renaming things, making sure I have the artist and album listed, and figuring out what genre I would find it under. Now this might not seem like a daunting task, but I have atleast 6000 songs on my computer. See all of that was on my mp3 player or was my brother's, but I've just gotten so frustrated about not being able to find a song quickly and easily so now I am obsessed with doing this so I can prove everyone wrong (they all know how lazy I am).
Other than that, work is still plugging along. I don't absolutely hate it anymore, but I sure don't love it. There is so much bureaucracy its ridiculous. I think if people stopped micromanaging they would actually have time to finish all of their work.
This past weekend didn't turn out as planned, but it was still decent. On Friday, I just lazed around and started on the project and it was lovely. Saturday, I was relaxing in the morning when Emily and Justin called me and told me they were going to come over. They got here around 3 or something and we went back over to Cityplace and saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith and then had dinner. Then they came back to my house and we just talked for awhile until they had to leave. I really liked Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It was a lot better than the reviews said (I know I shouldn't read those, but I still do). It was really quite funny and Brad Pitt is just gorgeous. On Sunday, I just watched movies on tv all day because my back was hurting pretty badly. I had the house to myself since everyone else was at work and it was wonderful not being harassed. Monday was a friend's birthday so I took her out to lunch at Brio. We ordered the chocolate cake and it was absolutely sinful. The waiter was interesting. I wanted to laugh at him so badly because he kept pronouncing Gelato jellotoe. I didn't have the heart to correct him. Then we went to Barnes and Nobles so that I could buy her It's in His Kiss by Julia Quinn. It is the newest book in this romance series we've been reading. I can't wait to read it because I like the character that is the heroine a lot. I bought a bunch of classics that I read as a kid. I love reading, however, this past week I just haven't really felt like it. I want to take all of my books with me when I move into my apartment in August, but I don't know if I will because it is a lot to move. I guess we'll see when the time gets closer.
I guess that's a pretty good synopsis of what has been going on. As usual, I can't wait until the weekend when I will be FREE!!
