I'm angry about something, in a "twitching around in the back of my brain" kind of way. I've mentioned it very lightly on here before, but it's been a present issue over the past month and only seems to be getting worse. I don't see much chance for it to get better, either.

Bad neck pain today. It's a chronic issue, bulging cervical discs caused by injury, but sometimes it's worse than normal. Today it's a muscle spasm up the right side of my neck, knot of tissue at the base of my skull, and nerves completely inflamed.
