• Mom is coming home next week. Only for a few days, but it will be nice to see her. I might go to NYC for spring break-we talked about it briefly last night-so that would be nice. • I made pasta and used butter instead of olive oil to coat it. HOLY CRAP. Why did no one ever tell me pasta with butter is 8billion times better than with olive oil. It just takes a buttload of butter to coat the amount of pasta I like making (so that I have leftovers for later). Nom nom nom ( Read more... )
