zomglolz! I'm in an internet cafe cause the earthquake reduced my house and housemates to a pile of rubble**...
In other news, got my first semester results back, one much better than I thought: 68 for Financial Analysis of Public Poli-yawn, (an essay I thought I really funked up) a 60 for computerised accounting systems (bit worse than I was expecting) and a 50(!!) for Marketing...considering I thought I had at least a 60 in that one, it's come as a bit of a shock, but it seems everyone has got alot worse than they were expecting in that exam. Maybe we should complain! :)
So overall if you take into account my second year marks and the first part of my Dissertation, I'm still on course for the magic 2:1. All comes down to this semester though, 90 credits worth more than 50% of my degree up for grabs...it's gonna be a fun couple of months.
Also! I'm applying for jobs cause I decided going to school wasn't so fun anymore...I'm probably gonna get bored of being a big boy and working full time as soon as I start, so the Masters idea has been put on the backburner rather than canned completely...I've got a final round (out of 4 rounds!) assessment with Computer Sciences Corporation comming up next week, seriously, it's like the X Factor or something! I'm not gonna complain though, £30,000 a year plus bonuses are not going to be sniffed at (though I do have to actually GET the job first, that's the tough part).
Also got second round (out of 3) interviews coming up with Accenture, IBM, Logica and HP hopefully one of them will have me...hopefully accenture cause they pay BILLIONS and fly everyone to Chicago for seemingly no reason. that sounds fun.
I have SHITLOADS of work to do, hence my first post in like...ever...
I watched Juno yesterday, I loved it.
