Not really been upto much today, other than work.....i did have a go at cooking something today though.....this is amazing for me as im not a fan of cooking at all.

Ive been getting a vegetable box delivered once a week and you never know whats gonna be in it....i kinda like the surprise but sometimes it can be tricky trying to figure out what to

lol Dan learnt that lesson a couple of weeks ago ;) Then I did the same thing that night with menthol stuff that I have to rub into my shoulder. Cold burning in your eye is NOT good.

Those aubergines look tasty! What's this surprise veggie box, then?

Heehee...i guess everyone learns that lesson eventually huh? Its from Abel & Cole....i get a small mixed box, it comes with 3 kinds of fruit and 4 kinds of veg. Its all organic and locally produced and very seasonal. My boss started getting the large box for her and the kids (i do a lot of cooking for the kids). The stuff that came looked nice so i asked them if i could order one too (they dont deliver to my area yet) and she agreed. My boss said ok, they even pay for it for me as i dont really eat much at work (generally cos the kids eat it before i get to it).
