We had some terrible drivers around here too. Few days ago I saw bunch of young girls who did a bit of hit and run when they're trying to get out of their parking spot. They hit the car next to them (twice) and they just drove off :/

I saw an old lady who happened to pass by holding a pen and paper on her hands. I'm guessing she's writing down those people's plate number to pass to the victim. I do hope those girls learn their lesson, lol.

Tsk tsk tsk. *shakes heads* Teenage drivers. Such cases often happen here too especially when the teenagers are the ones behind the wheels. They won't be responsible for what they've done. I hope those girls will be punished for what they did.
