I love Jay here. I like that he can tease Tim, that he cares enough to tease him and look out for him. And their conversation regarding Dick's butt was too funny.

Glad to see more from their road trip.

Jay is so much fun to write, for a lot of those reasons. Oh c'mon, they aren't blood related and it's practically canon that most people have checked Dick's arse out at some point or another. *G*

I do really like this time in RoG continuity...it's so interesting that you backtrack to it now and then and we get to see it again, knowing what's going to happen better.

He sighed as Jay started to bring him alive again.

Aw, I love the way Jay gives Tim an anchor to sanity and reality here, juts enough to keep him going until he can get back with Kon. :) Jay is so fun and pragmatic, I adore him.
