Leverage and White Collar reactions

Leverage:

Imagine a male character. Imagine they're constantly telling the girl she's out of control despite the fact there's little evidence of this. Then refusing to tell her something just to have something to hold over the girl's head. Constantly berating the girl while she does her job. And even telling the girl that he's the only friend she has that the rest of the team doesn't like her and if he leaves...

Pretty much a shit guy right? Almost abusive?

Now flip the genders, and you've got Sophie and Nate from Leverage.

Love Leverage, it's a fun romp. Adore most the characters, they're awesome and quirky and terrifying occasionally. But I find this season? I can't stand Sophie. I know, we're supposed to agree with her or something? And usually I would, especially since we're back to Nate being a drunk, but I find that I just don't like her. I wondered if it was just because she's being a naggy female, so I flipped the genders in my head and she came out WORSE, not better.

White Collar

OMFG I can't say enough good about this show. I adore it, even when it's badly green screened. Matt Bomer is awesome (and would make a TERRIBLE Nightwing. Too slick when Dick should be a sweet and wrong body configuration and carriage all together) The rest of the cast *squees* I adore everyone. I can't think of a person I dislike. I adored how they're working it from the angle that NEal is NOT over Kate's death, that it had very real effects on him, down to giving him shakes and flashbacks. If they keep that up throughout instead of a magic cure-all? I'll adore it even more.

I love how Moz and Peter are conniving with each other to keep Neal busy and not focused on the 'dark place'. I adore how El is still so concerned. And OMG I adore Diana.
