So I just got kicked in the stomach by someone who approached me for RP months ago, we wrote lots and got along pretty well I thought, but then she disappeared off the internet and I didn't know if she was just busy school or avoiding me or what. Typically I'd assume the latter, but whenever I have before, I've been chastised for being negative, so I try not to. Well, I finally got a response from her after contacting her with a different AIM name, and her response was "can't take a hint, huh?" Turns out I was right, whattayaknow.
Listen, if you're going to arbitrarily decide you don't want to play with me, be a human being and let me know. I know it's unpleasant to be in a situation like that, and I've been in it plenty of times myself, but I promise I'll be civil and will appreciate it a lot more if you give me a clear cut answer. A reason would be nice as well, but not required. Just don't leave me dangling, wondering if you're actually avoiding me or not. It's really very cruel. Likewise, I promise not to do the same, so if it doesn't work out and I tell you I don't think we're a good match, please be civil and understand I'm not trying to insult or hurt you, I'm just being honest so that both of us can move on to find more suitable partners.
Although right now I'm feeling a little like I never want to RP again, so we'll see.
