I'm not complaining...

... I'm really not, but, oh god, if I have to keep doing NOTHING but data entry at work, I'll go mad. I'll fling myself on the anti-seagull spikes outside the window. I'll go into the basement and find the gun collection and shot myself in the hand so I can't physically type so I can get off the damn stupid computer fjksbdsnmdljdgewhdklnfhhaksnbh.

*sighs* I was really hoping this week was going to be better. I won

on ebay to wear to a friend's wedding in a few weeks. I left my phone in the park at lunchtime and then had my faith in human nature restored when a very nice lady took it back to her office with her and I was able to call and collect it (bless you, Lady).

And then today I was just sitting at my desk, moping. All day.

I made cupcakes when I got home, just to prove to myself that I can do SOMETHING other than copy and paste and while they taste kind of bad (we only had cheapest of the cheap marge in the fridge) they were pretty. Some were pink with strawberry icing and a glace cherry on the top and others were orange flavoured with those little orange/lemon slices sweets... things

At least I can make cupcakes?

*sigh* Ignore me, I just need a moment under a blanket. I'm just having a little attack of the blues.

( I just realised I was sitting with my head in my hands just like in my mood theme. *points* Same facial expression and all. Good Lord...)

Okay, cheering up. :) Two Spot Gobi seem like a pretty cool band, and my mum used to be the trumpet player's music teacher/mentor or something, so you should all go buy their stuff on iTunes. Especially because a four song EP is like £3.16, which isn't bad for good tuneage. :)

You should also watch the last BBC adaptation of Jane Eyre because it is awesome, and she is awesome, and Toby Stephens is strangely attractive. Rochester over Darcy any day. Spoilery clip here! I love that scene.  People are always telling me that the 1973 version was better, or the one with William Hurt or whatever, but honestly, I can't be bothered to seek out other adaptations, so... just go read the damn book. ;P
