Stolen from Chelsea next door, I give you the Gettysburg sunset...

Also, randomly, Glatfelter Hall. I am in love with this building.

The story of the clock tower:
Apparently, a long time ago, there was a Romeo-and-Juliet kind of romance going on here - feuding families, star-crossed lovers, et cetera. So the guy and girl decided that if they couldn't be together in life, they'd be together in death, and agreed to jump off the clock tower at midnight. So their night came and they clmbed the tower and got ready to jump - and when midnight came, the girl jumped, but the guy lost his nerve and didn't. So now they say the ghost of the girl haunts the tower every night at midnight, trying to lure men up to the top and off the edge. Coincidentally, I'm sure, the tower is completely sealed off. It chimes every hour, though.
Nifty, eh? And this place is like a two minute walk from my door.
I'm trying to figure out how to come home this weekend...it's looking less and less likely, but I really want to see everyone. And get all the stuff I forgot. But there's "extended orientation" activities on Sunday, which are mandatory unless I can get out of them, and I actually have classes on Monday, so...erk. Can anyone come home the next weekend? Because it's looking like that's when I'll be there.
Anyway, though. I miss you all. ♥
