(no subject)
Hey hey hey!
So what a week this has been. I've returned home from Ohio - "Songs For A New World" was fantastic. We got amazing reviews and i had a blast working with some amazing people.
I haven't started rehearsals for "Zanna, Don't!" yet, but I'm ubbbber excited to start. The cast is fantastic. Stephanie and Anich are playing Roberta and Kate, and I met the guy Andrew who's playing Steve (My BF in the show) and he's really cool (HOT too..) But more importantly: cool.
The past few weeks have been a blur. I've spent a lot of time just catching up with friends at BoCo, ad visiting people around town.
The other night I saw Miss Saigon at Company Theater and it was FIERCE! Such a great production. It was great to be back and see everyone again. After that i made the split second decision to drive to CT to see Brett because she's playing Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street at Seven Angels Theatre. So we hung out until all hours of the night and watched Muppets Take Manhattan. Then we went to Ruby Tuesdays the next day and again, made the last minute decision to come to Portmouth and see Rocky Horror.
That was a little awkward - but really really fun. It was strange to go there. Kind of like going back to Highschool. Awkward - but refreshing. I saw alot of familiar faces and i had ALOT of fun hanging out until 5 AM on the docks. I don't have enough moments like that lately.
Anyway now I'm about to head into the city to hang out with Anich and Stephanie before they go home to Texas for a few weeks before rehearsal. Then I've gotta head to New York 2morrow for some auditions.
