weekend blog part 1
This week was much cooler than it had been all summer. It was like one day the weather decided to turn off the humidity, and it's been much nicer since then.
Did they find bigfoot is it a hoax? Chances are it's a hoax, but ever since I was little I wanted to see one, so part of me hopes its real. But it's probably not.
Funny story time. I've decided to sprinkle my entries with funny stories from my youth. Here's the story of what I found out the time asked my parents about the Beatles (I was probably about 6 or 7).Most of this information came from my dad:
1. Ringo was the funny one in all the movies.
2. Paul McCartney founded the band Wings with his wife.
3. John Lennon was assasinated, but he would have died anyway because he did drugs.
4. There was another one, but they couldn't remember his name.
Take into account that the words "drugs" and "Elvis" never came together whenever I asked about him. Or "drugs" and "Johnny Cash". Or "drugs" and "Willie Nelson". Just thought I'd let you know.
Next time I think I'll go into the mishearings of songs. I've got some doozies, including, but not limited to songs by: Metalica, Ted Nugent, Glen Campbell, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Paul Simon.
