Okay kids, does anyone know anything about chronic dizziness? I'm starting to feel slightly handicapped. Every time I stand up and walk, I get so dizzy I have to stop dead in my tracks to bend over and get blood back to my head. I'm afraid if I don't stop, I will eventually lose consciousness, or at least just fall over. It doesn't matter if I'm sitting or laying down, standing up quickly or slowly... whatever. It happens about 90% of the time I try to get up and walk. Normally I'd just blow it off, but I can't figure out what's going on. So far this summer I have passed out twice, but I think they were from completely unrelated reasons to each other and to what's happening now. I've also never fainted in my life before this summer.
It seems like no matter what I do, it won't go away. Not enough water? Not enough vitamins? Not a balanced diet? Too much or too little of ANYTHING? Can't figure it out. Well, if anyone has experienced this before or knows anything I'd be interested. Thanks.
