First peach of the season

I do this every year, for the next two months I'll be making pies almost weekly. I love fruit pies, and it's the season I can afford to do that. I'm pretty proud of myself, I rolled the crust for the first time in... Well, I usually have dv_girl do it for me. It's to the point that I rarely find pies better than mine elsewhere... But I think that it's not me getting better, although I have, but that too many places are just turning a buck anymore.







I keep hoping to do a cherry pie since cherries are so cheap this year from the weather, but I haven't seen any pie cherries at all and I don't really know how to modify the recipe. Hmm.
