on a brighter note

my stomach pain that was getting worse and worse for weeks, and hurt like hell everytime i ate, suddenly feels better and i havent had any real pain in 3 days now! i started eating with regularity: yogurt with hemp flax granola, daves killer bread - sprouted wheat,  kefir, bananas, used a gentle laxative tea, remembered to take my acidopholius/fiber supplements everyday and cut back a bit on cheese.

not sure what helped but i am soooooooooooo happy its helping, i was getting really worried. now i think it was a small ulcer or some bacterial thing and not a food allergy. i read that bananas and yogurt were good for that and i think that might be true! now if i can just keep this pain away i will be really happy and relieved.
