It's a damn shame I can't share this shit with you all.
But I just saw something VERY disturbing from someone who works at a certain place that my husband works at.
Fucking Hell.
So there is that, and yesterday when I picked my bubbies up from school, Calvin told me that the kids in his class were calling him "retard".
I fucking HATE that word when it is associated with my bubbie.
I went to his school this morning and talked to the resource specialist and told her about it. She is going to talk to his teacher about that and we are going to try to get him into the resource program as well so he can start excelling like he was.
I know that the older Calvin gets, the meaner the kids will be, but still...
I know that my Calvin is ten times smarter than anyone else in his class....and anyone in fifth grade in fact.
It just breaks my heart to hear they call him that.
I see I have a great fight ahead of me.
I hate that fucking word when used towards people, especially towards my son.
