Lovely August Weather. Yes I said that
The weather is blissful. Almost chilly! I love it. Tomorrow we will hopefully get some much needed rain, which will get the grass and weeds growing again.
I had a bunch of dreams last night but woke to one where I had broken the hing pin on the tomb door at the cemetery, and was trying to find some thign to replace it, when a group of strange men came in to the garage and were basically casing the joint, and I just then recalled that I had left the dump truck running.... I woke up with no resolution.
We went for a day trip to NH to visit my mom. Its too short but I didn't want to impose on the cripled step father, who was actually moving around a bit better, though he looks pretty terrible, very pale. He was feeling a bit better, waiting for final word on when he can get his knee operated on again. I hope they do a better job this time.... maybe even have a better knee.
The lad is re-thinking his major... which is computer science. But he's not sure what else he should do... he really has no particular thing that he has always wanted to do... he loves to use computers and games, so we figured that would be the best bet for something he could enjoy and do.. but really his true love seems to be movies.. TV shows. He really loves to critique movies, and read critiques... I think he still needs to get into something to do with acting or producing.... something where he can activly be involved with the film or TV industry... But thats just my thoughts. Hell, I wanted to be a farmer... lol
