1 Angry young man
Himself was in a school play tonight, and did a fantastic job. Any of the parts he's played over the years, either by chance or by design, he's really shined as a comic. His last performance I think he came out in a burlap sack for a dating game or something. And before that he played a kind of terminator voiced bad guy, who got tons of laughs. Actually the part with the sack he had no lines I think, but he killed the crowd. Tonight he had me practically in tears. The play was good, lots of really funny bits played very well by the kids, but he got to really shine and the angry juror, jumping on the table and belittling everyone. And, on top of it, his scene was accidentally skipped over, but the kids were able to make a break for him while doing the play... so he got to do his speech. I had no idea, they were flawless. It's so nice to finally see him getting out there, being social and making some connections. I think he's kicking himself in a way for not doing this sooner.... like 2 years ago. But ever the late bloomer, he's finally (hopefully) coming into his own. Little by little.
This is definitely something he will be putting on his resume. (moose joke)
