Hindsight?
So after an all day event, where most of the city of Boston was shut down, and the commuter rail as far as NY, minutes after they finally let people out of their homes someone spots blood on a boat cover and that's where the bomber is hiding, after being hit by fire last night when his brother was killed. Now... had they not put the city in lockdown, maybe do you think someone would have seen that blood earlier today and saved us a day of lockdown? Just wondering. Also wondering how the dogs missed this, assuming they had dogs to search with.
