WAR!
Did we not go through this before with George Bush? If the former Mr. Bush was still in office, surely there would be a hue and cry about the this build up to war with Iran as some kind of stunt to keep him in office through the next election. I haven't heard anyone make that connection yet for Obama. But it sure sounds like that is where we are going.
When my first alarm went off this morning Miss Muffin woke me and curled herself into the nook of my arm and went to sleep there purring her heart out. This was of course adorable, however my arm immediately also went to sleep, and my elbow is still sore. lol And man does her butt stink! Actually she stinks a bit. For whatever reason, I keep finding her and Spooky playing in the cat box! Every time he goes in there to do his business, she things his digging is play so she jumps in or jumps him.. And as I speak he is on the box waiting for her to come out encouraging her to play in there. UGGG!!!
Funeral today. First in almost two months. Well, full funeral. We've had a few cremations since. It seems that cremations really are taking over. People who's spouse were buried are choosing (or their children are choosing) to have the second burial cremated, even though there is a full lot for them. I assume it's the economy for the most part, although for some I think it may be that cremation is a choice they just changed to over time.
We went to see the second Sherlock Holmes movie yesterday. It was fun. The slow mo scenes are way too overdone, but otherwise a fun romp. During the film, Holmes' brother appears, Mycroft? Himself leans over and asks "Is that Stephen Frye?" Yes dear son, it is. Now, how many 15 year olds would know that? That's my boy! Stephen Frye (sp?) for those who don't know, is a famous British actor/comedian who was in Black Adder among many other things, and was partnered with Hugh Lorie (HOUSE) for a zillion of those thing.
