Cant stomach those apples
Saw a lone turkey in the cemetery today. Wonder where her com padres are?
I got a catalog (tis the season) for a place that sells chocolate covered apples and gift baskets. So for about $25.00 each, I can get a large chocolate covered apple. I think not. I seriously think not.
I sent my late uncle's girlfriend flowers before Thanksgiving. I have been meaning to do something for her. She doesn't really have anyone, and I thought it would really brighten her day. Apparently it did. She sent me an envelope of assorted cards (to send to others) and a thank you note. I'm glad it made her day, and I love that she sent me card, because I can always use them, esp. when I totally forget to get a card and need one last minute.
More later. I'm cleaning the cellar and trying to make some more room and give away clothes I haven't taken out in years. Little by little it gets cleaner and cleaner.
