The car said 90, it's a record breaker
But the house only got to 89. It's dropped a degree now at 5:00 to 88. I really didn't think it was that hot when I was at work. Hot, but not that hot. Now I know why I was dragging so much. Saving graces is that it's not humid and there is a stiff breeze. A hot breeze, but hey.. It's going to be 50 something tomorrow. YES! this heat so fast isn't good for me. I need time for my blood to adjust.
Biv texted in sick again. It's amazing how having that option of just calling into unemployment for some sick time is just so convenient.
I'd like to be outside doing something, but no way am I going out. I just did the papers for Himself (he's at rehearsal) and I'm exhausted. Need to stay cool.
I'm thinking I might try backing up my computer.... LOL!!! This aught to go nowhere.
Himself came home and couldn't find any shorts that still fit him. Which was of course my fault because I got rid of the good shorts that always fit him that he used to where TWO YEARS AGO! Yeah, the ones that fit you last year don't fit, but he ones from two years ago will? Dope slap!
So on the way home, wonderful mother that I am, I got a few pairs of shorts for him to try on. And god forbid any of them should prove to be satisfactory. Go naked, that's what I say.
