I just calculated that my books are going to cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 dollars. Yes, you are correct; my scholarship only allows for 300 dollars worth of books. And the good news keeps coming. My "estimated financial award" from Bright Futures is 1458 dollars. Doesn't sound so bad, right? Well my tuition at this point is 1620 dollars. And my scholarship is supposed to be covering 100% of my tuition. I love state-run institutions. So, I may be dropping a class, or two, and getting a job. I'll keep you posted.

P.S. Is anyone else having these problems?
