I’ve spent the last few days catching up on every one’s livejournals. Damn you people! Can’t you just cease to exist when I’m not around like decent inhabitants of the net?! Special mention goes to sparkyred, who reached skip 60+, for gods’ sake!

Celia - feminine form of the roman surname Caelius, which meant "heaven" from the Latin caelum.
2. What does your middle name mean?
Joy - simply means Joy. How ironic.
3. What does your last name mean?
Richards - well, Richard means "brave power", from the German ric, power or rule, and hard, brave or hardy, and was originally brought over by the Normans. The S on the end I have been led to believe is merely the abbreviation of Richard’s Son.
4. So what does your name mean when put together?
So I am Heavenly Joy, the brave and powerful’s son.
5. What would you have been named if you were the opposite gender?
My mother can’t remember what I would have been called, but other female names that were on the cards were Holly and Laurel.
6. Any other name oddities?
Not really a name thing, but I suppose it’s the first time my dad’s side have had to name a girl for several generations. Glad they left it up to my Mum.
My brother’s back from Exeter Uni at the moment. First time I’ve seen him for about 3 months. I walked into my bathroom this afternoon, inhaled and said “My bathroom smells of boy products. Yurrrk!’ It’s going to be an eventful few months.
