:) I GOT IT!
Ryan finally gave me the gift he's been hyping for like 2 months.
I wish I could post a pic of it, but my camera is AWOL, and I'm sure it wouldn't do it justice anyway.
It's a necklace of two-toned (white and yellow) 14K gold in a snake chain. Then he polished a spiral shell he found in Mexico on a walk we were on and had a white gold ring put on it to hang it from the necklace.
It's so goddamn pretty! I'm almost afraid to wear it! :)
God I love that man.
We went to a place called Cristo's for dinner on Valentine's. $22 a plate minimum. 2 glasses of chianti each (second one on the house... out of a FULL bottle, not the dregs). Delish.
Then he's spent over 3 hours with me, rain and shine, during this last week pulling weeds from my front yard (and there's hours left to work that he will do with me).
I know I shouldn't be sad about not being able to see him for a week due to babysitting my brothers in East Mesa and him leaving for Prescott without me during the week (damn automotive! my only class this week). But even not seeing him for 3 days is nigh unbearable. I cherish and relish the weeks that we don't spend more than one night apart per week for weeks on end. *sigh* and thank god the Giants won. ^^
March 7th marks the "pregnancy" "anniversary." :)
