- Post 3 things you've done in your lifetime that you don't think anybody else on your friends list has done.
- See if anybody else responds with "I've done that." If they have, you need to add another!(2.b., 2.c., etc...)
- Have your friends cut & paste this into their journal to see what unique things they've done in their life.

1. Towed a dog behind my bike for 1000 kilometers (from Den Haag to (nearly) Copenhagen)
2. Posed for a "fab photo shoot" for a women's glossy magazine. (alas and woe for that error in judgment.)
3. Showed up on the wrong day, in the wrong place, with a sousaphone, looking for a parade.

I've never publicly shared #3 before. I was 18 or 19 years old. I apparently had not yet learned the joys of owning a calendar. I had the idea that Leather Walk, a BDSM-themed march, was taking place a week (or 2 or 3) earlier than scheduled at the intersection of 17th and Market in San Francisco, instead of 17th and Castro. These intersections are not near each other. I walked, clad in overly-large borrowed leather, up to a tiny suburban intersection where absolutely nothing was going on. I was kind of late. Maybe they had departed already? But certainly there would have been some sign of them. Confused, I walked into a little bakery and asked the (recently immigrated) french guy working there if he had seen a parade go by.

Now, 13 year later, I'm not mortified by this anymore. Hahahahahaha. Oh, I wish I wasn't sometimes still this flaky.
