the return of the cracked-out plans!
Don't have a ton of time to write, since I've wasted most of the day doing not-a-lot, but here goes.
LAST FRIDAY! I finally can (legitimately) start my "Lasts" countdown. It's so exciting!
We're all set to go to Soto this weekend, and I've decided that isn't where I'd like to spend my last weekend. And I know it's been quite a while since my last cracked-out plan, so I think I might implement one on Saturday.
Here's the plan: Meet up with Hannah (the other Au Pair in Madrid), do the teleferico ride above the city, then meet up with some of her friends at about 10. This is where it gets a little less planned, but basically hang around all night in the city. Then on Sunday morning is the Rastro street market, so I'll head over there and walk around a bit, then make my way back to the house around 9:00 (or so - this probably depends on how dead I am). Sleep until family returns from Soto.
I think it sounds good (maybe a little much, but it's my last weekend in Madrid, and I've yet to really go out).
Anyway, no internet for the weekend, so I'll catch you all again on Sunday (if I've survived)!
