(no subject)
Umph, I'm really sick right now. So sick, in fact, that I did not get to go to the baking extravaganza that was supposed to take place at my friend's house the other day. D: To make up for it, I made myself a cup of hot chocolate and a bag of popcorn- two things I should not be having when I'm sick, but I don't care, at all.
And now, we interrupt our regular scheduled blogging to bring you this excerpt from a note I wrote on Facebook:
"Even though you like Oasis and bell-bottom jeans, I love you to the very cockles of my heart. Also, that sentence was typed just so I could say the word "cockles"... Cockles."
Anyways, a friend of mine has ~discovered music (in his words, "now I listen to music WHILE playing video games!"), so I've been busy, busy, busy showing him bands. Okay, mostly I've been copying the lists that I've given to my other friend who wanted music, but how important are the little details?
For my birthday, my brother got me a Smashing Pumpkins CD. I'm so proud of him I could cry- he's never gotten me a present all on his own before. And it's a good present, too!
