Jack is a very complicated man. LOL. But at least he does have it pretty clear he does want to be with Ianto because he loves him like he never loved anyone in his entire life.
And I guess Jack’s confusion is -mostly- due having lived in so many, different centuries. From the future, to the past, to the present, times changed a lot, so he wants to do things right for Ianto, because he loves him and obviously wants him happy.
He married before, but he didn’t believe in it much, but he wanted the women he married to be ´respectable´ and all. Now with Ianto, he has the choice and he goes like, Hmmm, I didn´t quite see the point, but it is quite romantic... LOL
And poor Ianto, who is a little drunk goes all confused trying to figure out Jack.
Oh, I guess I would have being wondering too if I wouldn´t have written this, I didn´t notice that X-D
But like I said, Jack. Romantic at <3 He did ask Gwen, if Rhys had proposed in one knee, can´t see him doing less himself ;)
My pleasure! And thank you for the feedback, is much appreciated :)
