DAMN THE PARAMOUNT MARKETING DEPARTMENT!!!

Jul 16, 2007 08:49

Okay...yesterday was cool.

I woke up around 3:15am to go to work.
Got home around 10am and made lots and lots of pancakes.
During all this I also decided to clean up a little.  As I was taking out the trash, I noticed there was a hole in the bag.  So, with the doors wide open, I went to get another garbage bag to double bag.  In the 30 seconds it took me to do this, a sparrow flew in the house.  I'm kind of scared of birds.  I don't know why...but I am.  So, I heard it hit the sliding doors to the balcony.  At first I thought it had hit the doors from the outside until I noticed it's reflection in the glass.  I immediately froze...and then called E. so that he save the bird.

E. came upstairs, gave me the "what did you do?" look and then spent the next 10 minutes trying to get the bird out.  Poor little evil guy kept trying to get out through one of the windows...finally E. had to hand carry him outside the house.  It was awesome.  He was a regular St. Francis of Assisi.  Ha!

Then he gave me the stink eye about leaving the door open.
We finally finished part 1 of Season 3 of Entourage yesterday over breakfast.  I felt sooooooo bad for Ari.  And Martin Landau was ridiculously awesome.  He reminded me and E. of the creepy old man from Family Guy.

We had a couple things planned for yesterday.  After a stop at the Hollywood Guitar Center we were also gonna stop by The Arclight to take pictures with Optimus Prime and then Paramount Studios to take a photo with Bumblebee.

However, it seems the cocksuckers over at Paramount decided to take down Bumblebee before we could do this.  DAMN THOSE BASTARDS!!!  I was so disappointed.  I really really really wanted to see a fully transformed Bumblebee.  :(  Grrrrr...by the 3rd drive around Paramount and after E. called his work to have one of his guys look at the Bumblebee pic on his computer to make sure we were right about the location, we were over it.  E. was starving and we were too upset.  So, we drove to Burrito King for some yummy  mexican food.  Our last stop was supposed to be at a 7-Eleven so we could nosh on some pink donuts, but those bastards ran out of those as well.  WHORES!!!!

On the way home, E. and I made a very important decision in regards to the marketing of my E.P.  It's been a long time coming.  I'd actually been thinking about it for a long time.  More on that later...

E. spent the rest of the night working on my song.  He got frustrated at the end and I felt kinda bad.  It's so hard to do something right when you don't have the proper tools or means to do so.  This song being in 6/8 is really causing some drama.  If I could make it all better with the snap of my fingers, I would.  Anything to not make E. so upset as he was last nite.

I work today and tomorrow from 1pm - 6pm.  Hopefully my new boyfriend Ron Livingston will come in and profess his love for me.  :)

Gonna go make some breakfast now and then go on my walk.
