KUALA LUMPUR!
So, I just got back from my second trip to Ikea and I left $540 poorer.
woe is to me.
I did however get a kickass wardrobe, some cool ass drapes and roman blinds, a bitchin area rug, and some yummy candles. I got more stuff, but it gets a bit boring after the candles.
Needless to say, however...I am sick of spending money on this move. Why does moving require so much action from my wallet?!?!?!
grrrrr.
Ikea was just the tip of the iceberg today. I woke up at 7am, after having a very weird dream that involved E.'s sister committing suicide. Very disturbing. I hate dreams like that. It was very real and left me very shooken up.
Anyway, after the shock of my alarm going off at 7am on a Saturday (that I had off), I drove to my new place so the painter could tell us how much to paint to get. Then mom and I had breakfast. Then I went to get my eyebrows waxed (yay!) and then I got my hair cut...short...not Felicity short...but it's not long anymore..thank god.
Then I drove to the music store to buy some piano books for E.'s niece who we're seeing on Tuesday. Then I got some lunch and came home. I watched episode 20 of 24 Season 3, then jumped in the shower and drove to Ikea.
A busy day, indeed. Thank jeebus I had it off. Too bad I have to work tomorrow. No rest and relaxation for Cela.
Btw...can I just say how kick ass it is that I own an SUV!! I packed my car full of so much crap, and I did so without receiving any weird looks from anyone. Percy (my car) totally rocks! \m/
In other news, he makes me want to vomit.
