Can something mechanical PLEASE go right?
So far this week one of the windows on SO's car broke and now the kitchen drain is again stopped up, which I found out when the dishwasher started overflowing onto the floor.
I'm waiting for the computer to die, or maybe my car (which has been making increasingly, um, interesting noises for a while now).
The fact that it is warm and humid and probably not going to cool down to a temperature I consider comfortable tonight, but neither be warm enough for the AC to kick on, is increasing my crankiness level substantially.
*tries to think of something positive* I got a little work done on the Percy fic last night, and have written a bit today. The herb festival was nice although I didn't stay long. I bought some bedding plants (marigolds, sweet william, and impatiens).
