I'd been thinking about this, but discussion during my recent visits provoked me to actually set it up: cook_with_cel is now open. I've put up a single recipe, one that I've posted here already, just to begin with. After I'm home hopefully I'll get around to not only adding the ones I've posted on LJ before, but new ones too.
Anyone who wishes is most welcome to join and add your own favorite recipes! The userinfo explains the requested format and tags, which are pretty simple, I think.
