7--26-2010 Toddler Bed
Originally uploaded by ZetaroseSeems like Ceilidh gets more and more independent with each day. Yesterday, she took her first nap in her toddler bed and today she climbed up on to her slide for the first time without me standing nearby to help her if need be. She amazes me every day. Anyway, she's still gonna sleep with us at night for now until her room is completely baby proofed but mostly because I'm not ready. I love co-sleeping with her and I think she loves it too, but I know there will come a day and probably not too far away where she is gonna want to sleep in her own space like a big girl. I think this shows that she'll be able to handle that transition pretty well. I on the other hand will be a wreck. Did I mention that she's starting to even try to dress her self?!? This growing up business needs to slow down a bit.
