I didn't care for the beginning of this at all - almost didn't read it, in fact, because of that. You front-loaded a lot of facts about the world that would have been more enjoyable if they'd been spread into the scene

I thought the bit with Hibari worked well here - the way he put off dealing with Tsuna as a partner as long as possible and the way the others let him. I could have done with a few more details - when he becomes 10th - but other than that I very much enjoyed. Thank you for sharing ^_^
