. 1. Love
Lithuania said it first, stuttering and in his own language. Poland looked at him blankly and laughed, asking him to repeat himself in Polish. Lithuania angrily said “nevermind,” and cursed his heart for its stupidity.
2. Light
Arthur often found himself entranced by the sight of Alfred. The way light reflected off his hair, making it shine like finely spun gold, how delicious sunlight made his tanned skin look. The way his eyes shined and his smile light up the room.
3. Dark
Sex in the dark, Poland decided, was the best thing ever. Not a single one of his partners disagreed. Turkey and Russia, it seemed, particularly enjoyed it.
4. Shopping
Gilbert was on his monthly trip to the adult toy store for flavored lube and, if they caught his eye, new play things. Today, a pair of handcuffs caught his eye. Gleaming, silver, and sharp edged enough to rub wrists raw. He wasn’t sure what he would do with them, but he was definitely buying.
5. Solace
It didn’t matter what had happened, or why, only that America’s best friend was panicking, trembling and breathing hard. He held the Lithuanian close, murmuring soft words and stroking his hair till his breathing slowed and he slumped against him.
6. Break Away
“I’m sick of this, I-Ivan.” Though Lithuania stuttered, Russia was impressed at how spitefully he managed to say his name. “I’m leaving.” The blond blinked down at him in surprise. The brunet took a deep breath and continued. “I’m declaring my independence from you.”
