Wednesday

I was lucky enough to be able to do the 5 mile run outside. I think it was maybe 55 degrees out? I ran my 5 mile loop down through the CBD and back up to WSU. I'm happy to say that I've established how the signals at Washington and Larned/Congress are timed ( Read more... )

Week 7 of this training plan is where the training switches from time to miles. The Saturday "long run" goes from 110 minutes to 3 miles. I'm assuming that last week was a peak week and that it's not expected that the 3 miles would take you 110 min.
