It's in Chinese, but if you've watched Nobuta n times then you will recognise that the first scene is the one where Shuuji and Akira talk about Shuuji moving (or you can just take my word for it). Akira says that Shuuji is irreplaceable, Shuuji says that he doesn't want to move and wants to stay together forever.
Years pass. Mariko (Toda) calls Akira and invites him to the class reunion.

Quick summary: The three of them were best of friends, Akira was the first to fall in love, but he kept silent. Nobuta and Shuuji became a couple. Then Shuuji leaves/moves away. Years later, Nobuta confronts Akira and asks him if he misses Shuuji too; and whether, back when all three of them were together, he loved Shuuji as well.

This really needs to be translated, it's too funny. Maybe when I get some more time...
Briefly: Akira clings to Shuuji and tries to get a kiss, but Shuuji shrugs him off and says 'Idiot, it's because you haven't confessed'. So Akira shouts 'I like Shuuji!!' from the roof top and decides to say 'I like you' everyday. Akira's father threatens to harm Shuuji, Akira tells Shuuji that he has to transfer schools. A little angst later, Shuuji gets letters saying 'I like you' instead. Akira returns after convincing his father.

Dialogue in the middle: Nobuta/Maki finds Kurosagi (Pi) to tell him that Hiroto (Kame) is in hospital and that he didn't take Pi's father's money (oh the drama!) Kame broke up with him because he didn't want to be a burden. She tells him that Kame tried to phone him even though he couldn't see.
