random ramblings
I'm giving up my 2nd bigbang. I seriously don't know which is worse, having writer's block or just having the entire story in your head and just being so mentally and physically stressed and tired you can't do anything that requires mental skill or critical thinking.
Woke up pissed and mumbling about ATWT and the utterly insulting cruelty and stupidity of the final Reid/LuRE/Nuke story line and realized despite swearing I wouldn't, I still got more emotionally involved than is smart.
Reading USA today news section can be a lovely reminder of why I generally hate people.
Reading You Couldn't Ignore Me If You Tried. Again. I will finish it this time. It's funny because I saw all the brat pack movies but I was never a huge fan of the movies, didn't watch them over and over, can't quote from them. I did attach to some of the actors though and they are still a part of my youth in a way I didn't realize completely until John Hughes died.
I'm finding the book semi boring though. It's just a bit too heavy and serious which I guess if I was a fan I'd appreciate more. I am a fan of behind the scenes stuff though, the how and why of the way things come together fascinates me.
