Christmas present
So Joel has been planning this Christmas present for me for, like 6-8 months or something and he finally had to tell me about it because he couldn't wait anymore. He's getting me another puppy. I'm totally excited. It's another westie girl from the same breeder we got Islay (who happens to be perfect). He didn't want to wait any longer because she said we could visit the puppies (there are five in the litter) this weekend. We're going to go Monday afternoon. I'm super super excited. It's going to be fun for me (except for the potty training) and it will be really great for Islay to have a little sister (or cousin? I haven't figured out yet if they're at all related, but adopted sister is good enough for me).
I think we've pretty much decided to name her Iona. We were going between Iona and Skye (keeping on the theme of islands in Scotland) and figured that Iona fits quite nicely with Islay, so we're going to go with that.
