Okay, I'm starting to feel confident in this! I knew that I did this just last November/December... and I had some hope deep down that I could get back in that mode again.. and I'm so glad to say that I think I am.
I hope all of you are doing well with your habits/goals also! If you're struggling do NOT give up. Ever! It might just be the burst of energy from working out talking.. but I know I know I knowwww we can all do this.
I just did 15 minutes of Tae Bo (was hoping for 20 but I'm still burrnningg from yesterday) then I did 10 minutes of toning/weightlifting. Oiii. I've finished all 64oz of water and I think that I'm about to drink even more.
I really like this self.com challenge. Really I just like seeing the numbers all together. The following is what they have on the front page of their challenge site.
