Operation Recovery: Accomplished!

Woo, I am so glad.. to say that I did not make this day number two of no-no's. It was really hard and really tempting to just give up after sooo much homework and being exhausted.

However, I just finished 20 minutes of Tae bo (oh.. my..lord.. my thighs...) and I just finished my second liter aka 64 oz of water. Day 3 of goal habit accomplished.

Shoot, if I could muster up the motivation and determination to get this done after such a long weekend.. then we all can definitely do this :)

Ooii my tummy is burning a bit though. Tae bo is crazy, and its his bootcamp for "Basics"! I like it though because I can definitely feel the burn.. but its not so bad as to where I can't move. I think he targets the body a lot better than my WATP videos do. If only I knew the exact amount of calories this vid burns.. I just put it as "vigorous aerobics".

Hope you all did wonderfully :) Im gonna go relax in the shower now.
