(no subject)

I've been looking around at "Before and After" weightloss sites again.. and you know what I found..? You know how I'm always wanting to make a bigggg longggg list of things I want to be able to do after weightloss? Well one of these profiles did the same thing.. but! Then she put the date next to the item after she had lost enough weight to do it! I never even thought of doing something like.. I don't know why but that just seems awesome to me. Its almost like a "Goal" sheet or a "To Do" list that you always keep and mark off the items once you've done it.

I still need to really get around to that list of "Reasons I want to Lose Weight ... I started it but I want to look at it more figuratively and not put such random things or really emotional things.

I did semi-well today. I slept.. a lot. A whole lot. Until 5 pm or so. I woke up several times but just kept going back to bed after an hour or so. I did do a good thing though.. I'm considering going out tonight and it was set for 10:30 - of course the time I plan to work out (why is it always at that time?).. I'm still not sure whether I want to go or not.. but just incase I decided to.. I worked out at 8-9pm instead :) I'm proud of myself. I didn't do as much as I wanted but I had chili (meatless) for dinner so I couldn't take much.. I'm glad I took the initiative though.

I'm really looking forward to my little 21/23 day challenge. I've been so off track lately its not good.. I barely drink anything even :( I'll probably make a post Sunday on all the details so that we can begin Monday.. so get thinking about what habits you either want to make or break! It's crazy too because I told my mom that I keep trying so hard to wake up earlier and she started preaching to me "it takes blahlbah days to make it a habit so just keep trying" .. ironic huh? :)

I think I might even go so far as to plan an entire "schedule" rather than choosing just one habit. I mean I want to start waking up early, working out 2-3 times a day, eating at certain times, doing my homework at certain times, and drinking plenty of water at certain times.. Its a lot to sudenly try to do "perfectly" but I figure it is definitely worth the try.. and I know I can do each of these things - its just so hard putting them together at once. SO I guess my habit will be "a healthy productive schedule". Just an idea.

Well I'm gonna go and play some games until I decide to leave or not. Just wanted to put down my thoughts before I have to leave :) Hope you all are doing awesome and have a great weekend! I'll be checking in on your journals tomorrow. Big hugs.
