She clearly shouldn't be having a roommate then. What's the point of moving out of one parents home and into another? If she really wants to stretch her legs from her parents she needs to actually do that. You're a great woman and anyone who'd lose that would be an idiot. She'll realize this in time. I would never have called you negative. You're always the positive side in our conversations while I'm the negative one. Unless you include the "Well I don't want to impose" crap.
If you feel like you're the enemy when you're with her, something isn't right. You two should NEVER be an enemy to one another. Brittany and I may fight and argue quite a bit, but we do it with common ground and as team-mates and partners. Through any fight, she's still my best friend, my lover and my wife.
Put a smile on that face. Let her know that you're not her enemy. An enemy is someone who wishes and seeks to hurt you in some way or another. I can't possibly visualize you TRYING to hurt her. Every word you say to her is laid out with attempts to protect her and give her the best you can give. How is that an enemy?
I still say it makes no sense to leave one parenting home for another. The roomie has to go.
