Meh
*meh* Monday already. *double meh* The fact that my facial seborrheic dermatitis as well as my tummy's acting up isn't helping with my mood, either. *sighs*
Work was okay, although I so don't feel comfortable making calls to airlines trying to sell us in on their flights...I feel like I don't know what the Hell I'm doing! O.o During my lunch break I met two women who were walking their dogs, a Tibetan Spaniel and a Keeshond. For those of you who don't know, I had a Tibetan Spaniel growing up. Cute dogs, but bossy and loud. Keeshonds are cute too, though they have a bit too much fur for my liking. But no, I'm not getting a dog.
Dad picked me up after work, and we went to the second hand place to try and get my books back. They were nowhere to be seen. O.o Well, they took my phone number and would get back to me if they found any of them. If they don't, I guess there's a reason for it somehow. We then picked Mom up and had dinner before going to my place. We were planning on raking leaves, but it was way too windy outside so we moved indoors instead. Both Mom and Dad borrowed movies from me, and we'll see if they liked them. I also sent some kids' movies to the kidlets. :)
This evening I decided to go for a little stroll (since I was way too tired to go to badminton), and brought my camera with me. Boy, it's in bad shape. :( Still, these came out okay, I think (click for bigger versions). I'm sorry about the plastic bottle in some of these shots, I couldn't get it out because the inlet is flooded. :/
If anyone knows what bird that is, I'm interested in finding out. It looked like a baby Eurasian curlew, only the bill/beak was too short and straight.... It was really cute, though! :)
Now I think I'm gonna go to bed...I'm really tired. I wonder if going back to work has always made me this beat?
