Chock-a-block full day
I am so tired. I've been up and about since 8 this morning, and April Fools might have to wait until tomorrow.... But at least I've gotten a lot done today. First and foremost I made it to the meeting at the job center. Lots of familiar faces, and now I've left my CV (which needs to be updated AGAIN...I'd missed to list the languages and all that stuff...) to one recruitment company, and filled out forms for two other companies that are looking for new blood. The woman at the recruitment company suggested I'd try to get work training at a travel agency, and we'll see what happens with that.
Afterward I went to the gas station - for 350 SEK I didn't even get 20 liters of gas! *groans* And then the chicken soup I had for lunch had bell peppers in it...but at least it was free. *nodnod* The meeting about social work cooperatives was okay, though I still feel like things move way too slowly for my taste.....
Then I met Erika. We had some fika, and then we decided to go to the movie theater early. We chatted with the people there for a while (and booked tickets to Meet the Spartanson Monday), bought our candy and went in to see The Spiderwick Chronicles. Both Erika and I were positively surprised - it was a very nice movie! :)
Now I'm waiting for another friend to call, and then I'm gonna go to bed early.... Tomorrow I'll try to do as little as possible, because I found out that in addition to my two performances on Saturday, I also have a regional meeting to go to...but thankfully it's earlier in the day, at the same place as my performances! :D
