Well, I can't seem to get back into regular posting here to save my life! I beed to make more of an effort, I guess. But for now, let me just bring you guys up to speed when it comes to my life.
I'm writing again, both original stuff and fanfic, and hope to have done that major overhaul on my website that I've been talking about doing for ages sooner rather than later. I also joined a new mailinglist for Bahá'ís who are also writers, which feels really exciting! I hope to learn a lot from the more experienced authors there; on top of my list right now is to improve my descriptive writing as I have a tendency to tell instead of show in my writing (suisan, I do hope you don't fel like you're beating a dead horse! *g*).
I have two public singing gigs booked this summer, one on Saturday (11 am in Badhusparken, Piteå for those in the neighborhood) where I will do one duet, and one on June 28, when I'll perform a capella at an art exhibit held in the foyer of regional newspaper Piteå-Tidningen.
Yesterday I applied for a job, it's some kind of high school clerk job which looks really interesting. It's at my old high school, too, so I'd know my way around at least a bit, which would be nice.
I spend a lot of time with Roachie, and Erika and I meet weekly, too. :-)
Today I have quite a lot to do, not to mention in the cleaning department, since it's my birthday tomorrow...but sometimes busy is good busy. *nods* I'll still try to squeeze in some Sims 2 play in there; I had no idea it was this addictive!!! *g*
